This a brutal monster of split release with two great Punk, Crust bands from Greece:
CONSPIRACY OF DENIAL from Athens, the capital of Greece plays darkened, melodic Crustcore in the vein of REMAINS OF THE DAY, FROM ASHES RISE, EKKAIA, ... with female / male vocals. From powerful, sometimes depressive and sad tunes, to fast and raging ragers, this band delivers everything the ears of delighted Neo-Crust listeners want to hear.
Coming from the city of Patras the Crust act LETHE follows the path of darkened Hardcore, angry, heavy and passionate music with lyrics (mainly ?) sung in the greek language. LETHE takes influences from TRAGEDY, is as brutal as HIS HERO IS GONE and has stolen the heaviness of swedish Crustcore like WOLFBRIGADE, SKITSYSTEM, DRILLER KILLER, ... and is not afraid to steal parts of classic depressive Black Metal. Overall this band has great potential but saddly they are not from a country like the U.S.A., Sweden, Germany, UK orJapan so it might be overlooked by most of thefolks in the Crust audience.
Limited edition of 500 copies on Black vinyl, also included a well-done eight paged booklet with lyrics and sweet artwork.
