COFFIN is a Death Metal, Doom band from Japan and they were formed in the year 1996, their sound is like a piece of worm infested old meat: rotten, filthy and smelly to the max. COFFINS are totally into old School Death Metal, Black Metal like HELLHAMMER, CELTIC FROST, VENOM, (old) BATHORY, … but they mix it with ultra heavy Sludge, Doom in the vein of GRIEF, BONGZILLA, CORRUPTED, MOLOCH, NOOTHGRUSH, … .
