CRUDE S.S. were a Hardcore, Punk, Crust band from Sweden formed in the year 1982. They fit in well with the established lot of swedish Hardcore, Punk of that era, although their sound was somewhat unique and a bit different from the likes of ANTI-CIMEX, MOB 47, CRUDITY, DISRAM, … . Always raw, shifting from slow and sludgey to fast and aggressive, coarse vocals and unrefined anger defined the bands sound. CRUDE S.S. have definitely earned an eternal name for themselves among the international DIY Hardcore, Punk community and have served as significant influence for countless bands from all corners of the globe.
 
This compilation features „previously released and unreleased“ EP, compilation and demo track:
# tracks A1, A3 to A6, A8, A9, B2, B6 and B8 were recorded in 1984 at Gävle Ljudstudio, Sweden
# tracks A2, A7, B1, B3, B5 and B7 were recorded in 1985 at Studio Fragg, Norberg, Sweden 
# tracks A10, B4 and B9 were recorded in 1982 at Kloakens Alternativa Anti-Studio, Töreboda, Sweden
