Formed in Monreal, Canada in 1988, the band started out with the name NECROSIS but changed it to CRYPTOPSY in 1992. The band is famous for their highly technical, progressive Death Metal, sold a lot of albums till now and was touring a lot.
„The Unspoken King“ is CRYPTOPSY´s album number seven, due to some line-up changes their style became more Deathcore orientated, incorporating melodic elements and more clean vocals were used.
