Formed in 1988, DESASTER is one of the leading Thrash Metal, blackened Death Metal bands from Germany, to be more precise they are from Koblenz, a city located in the more north-western part of Germany. Under the influence of bands like DESTRUCTION, HELLHAMMER, VENOM, KREATOR or SODOM the band managed to create a perfect mix of old School Thrash Metal, Speed Metal and Black Metal without being a blind and boring copy. All songs were recorded in Bamberg, Southern Germany in 2013 when DESASTER celebrated their 25th anniversary.
