It´s the year 1996 and the now legendary US Sludge, Doom Metal band called GRIEF releases their third masterpiece called „Miserably Ever After“, after their debut „Dismal“ (1992) and „Come To Grief“ (1994) this album is a perfect follow-up to their previous outputs: misanthropic, destructive, unfriendly and hate-filled Sludgecore at its´ best, songs like „Low Life“, „Nuisance“, „Miserably Ever After“, „Straight Edge – Closed Mind“, „I Hate The Human Race“, … perfectly lead you into the (negative) direction the band wants to. F**k the world, F**k life, F**k the human race and this first vinyl re-issue after thirty years delivers the perfect soundtrack to this shitty, fucked up life.
The original version of „Miserably Ever After“ came out in the year 1996 on the US labels THEOLOGIAN RECORDS and PESSIMISER RECORDS.
Official re-issue, this double LP is pressed on Translucent Violet vinyl („Exclusive Distributors Edition“ limited to 450 copies), the vinyl is housed in a Coloured deluxe 7 mm – spine gatefold sleeve printed on reverse cardboard.
