LUDWIG VON 88 was a french Punk Rock, Alternative Rock band formed in 1984 and disbanded in 1999, oh but disbanded is not true anymore, they recently reformed and are back on the map again. For those who don´t know this band it has to be said that that LUDWIG VON 88 was / is a very absurd band:  musicwise they mix a lot of elements into their Punk Rock, they are not afraid to include Ska, Raggamuffin, Dub, Medieval music parts into their songs, maybe nothing real special, but the main goal of the band was / is to shock the Punk audience by doing satirical, ironic songs and their delirious shows full of confetti and funny clothing have been amazing. LUDWIG VON 88 is a funny, ironic and interesting Punk band, it´s not wrong to call them Fun Punk, something really different, because you can´t be serious all the time.
 
You can find three tracks on this slab of vinyl, the rare title track and two live songs recorded 11.02.1989 in Fribourg, Switzerland.
