„Failing Early, Failing Often“ is a collection of first & early rare, unreleased, out of stock, hard to find recordings from this US misanthropic doomed Sludge pioneers. It contains re-mastered tracks from obscure compilations, plus the following recordings:

This compilation has been released in several different editions till now, but SLAP-A-HAM RECORDS from the U.S.A. did the first pressing (CD only) in the year 2001.
 
Limited edition of 100 plus ??? copies on 140 gram Clear With Black Smoke Marble Effect vinyl, packaged in a nice gatefold cover including some new artwork. This here isn´t the standard limited hand-numbered edition of 100 copies, the pressing plant produced more copies than ordered and every copy higher than # 100 isn´t numbered anymore.
