VIO-LENCE are an american Thrash Metal band from the San Francisco, Bay Area formed in 1985. They disbanded in 1993 after their guitarist Robb Flyn left the band to focus on his other band MACHINEHEAD, theyreunited for a small series of shows from 2001 to 2003 and finally reunited again in 2019. They released three albums towards the end of the golden age of Thrash Metal, carrying the torch out of the Eighties alongside the other California legends like D.R.I., DEATH ANGEL and SUICIDAL TENDENCIES. 1988´s „Eternal Nightmare“ remains a classic of the era, stacked full of songs that made it a staple of any self-respecting Thrash fan´s collection. The new album „Let The World Burn“ is a lesson in true VIO-LENCE, it´s  hard and fast and whilst there are slower and even melodic moments, none of it distracts from the fact this is A-grade Thrash Metal. They sound as vital and energetic as they did more than thirty years ago and quite frankly.
 
Limited edition of 300 numbered copies on Firefly Glow Marbled vinyl, this album is housed in a nice full coloured pocket sleeve, an inlay, a poster and a download card are included.
