Crust, Grind split release with two acts from Spain:

VIOLENT HEADACHE are a Hardcore, Punk legend, they were one of the first spanish bands to incorporate Grindcore elements into their Hardcore roots way back in 1989. They play extreme sound in the best way, a pummeling force of power: raw and hungry.

HOW are based in Barcelona, Spain and before that split album they already had a lot of other outputs which are far from being as good as this material here. Here they offer raw, chaotic and brutal Latin Hardcore, Crust with several blastbeat outbreaks and trade-off male vocals.
