VORVAN is an experimental Hardcore, Metal band based in Moscow, Russia and they were formed in the year 2009 by guitarist Eugene Cherevkov. Although they are very well-known in their home country, as a result of that they shared the stage with heavyweights such as NAPALM DEATH, EXTREME NOISE TERROR and WALLS OF JERICHO, they are relatively unknown outside of Russia. With their new album „Once Love Was Lost“ the band starts into a new era, musicians most notably from CONVERGE and FROM ASHES RISE took part in making „Once Love Was Lost“ become a reality and without doubt this release has the potential to become a masterpiece of modern Hardcore, Sludge Metal, Grindcore.
