Originally known as RAW NOISE, the UK Punk band EXTREME NOISE TERROR was one of the first bands to play an aggressive style of Crust, Crustcore with big influences of what later has been called Grindcore. EXTREME NOISE TERROR were highly influential, inspiring the start of countless Crustcore, Grindcore bands like DISRUPT, DESTROY, EXTINCTION OF MANKIND, FILTHY CHRISTIANS, NASUM, … .
On this re-issue you can find the original ten tracks of the 12″ as well as eleven songs recorded live at Adam & Eve, Leeds, UK (16/04/1986).
„Phonophobia“ in it´s original version was released in the year 1991 on the UK label VINYL JAPAN.
